1. How far will you offer free delivery?

We normally offer free delivery on all of our furniture up to 35 miles away from the shop in Farnham Surrey. This can take us as far as South West London or even down to Southhampton.

Any address outside this 35 mile radius may still be delivered but may incur a small cost depending on the size of the order.

2. Do you take away old furniture?

Yes we do. We normally take away a like for like item so if you are having a bed delivered we will take away an old bed in its place but we will happily be as flexible as possible if you discuss your requirements with us before hand.

We also recycle all the old items that we take away from customers homes so you can rest assured that it is either going to a goo cause or having the least amount of environmental impact in disposal as possible.

3. Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes. We know it is sometimes not easy to make the time to wait in for a delivery so we offer handy morning or afternoon delivery slots as well as Saturday morning deliveries at your convenience.

4. Are you open on Wednesday afternoons?

Yes we are. We are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

5. How long will it take for my furniture to arrive after I have ordered it?

If your furniture is being made to order at a manufacturer’s factory then it can take several weeks to arrive. The usual time frame is between 4 and 10 weeks but each manufacturers is different. If you call us we will usually be able to quote you an accurate delivery lead time for anything we sell.

If we have your item in stock then it can be delivered almost as soon as is convenient - in some cases even on the same day!

6. Will you unpack and assemble my new furniture?

Yes, as part of our service we unpack and assemble any furniture that requires it in the room of your choice. We will also take away the packing rubbish and recycle it. If, for any reason, you want to keep the packaging of the furniture then please let our delivery team know at the time of delivery.

7. How do I pay for my furniture?

If you are buying ‘made to order’ furniture then we usually ask for a 10% deposit at the time of order and then the full balance to be paid when your furniture is delivered. You can pay our delivery team with either credit or debit card, cheque or cash or you can call the shop directly to pay the balance over the phone with your credit or debit card whilst our delivery team are there.

8. Do you offer 0% interest free credit on furniture?

No. We currently do not offer any credit arrangement on our goods for sale.

9. Where can I park?

We do have a small customer car park at the rear of the shop. To find the car park simply follow the directions on our contact us page here. Please note: The car park has a hidden entrance that is between the St. John’s Ambulance station and the entrance to the Post Office Yard on Lion and Lamb Way:

10.What are your opening hours?

We are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays.

11. Do you offer a re-upholstery service.

We do not. We can recommend an excellent local upholsterer though:

12. Do you sell foam and other upholstery sundries?

No. We do not sell amy type of upholstery equipment.

13. Will you come and move my furniture for me?

Sadly we are not able to come and move furniture unless it is transporting new furniture into your house or talking old furniture out.

14. My old furniture is in good condition can you sell it for me?

Unfortunately we are unable to sell any second hand furniture. We can recycle it for you or even offer it to the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Foundation Furniture shop in Farnham but we cannot give you any compensation for old furniture. If you do wish to sell old furniture some of our customers use eBay, Gumtree or their local newspaper.

15. Do you sell mattress toppers and bed sheets?

No. We only sell home furniture. We can recommend places to find what you are looking for locally.

16. Do you sell pillows?
